Paul Cogger joins London Market Managing General Agent
London, 4 November 2021 – Arrow Risk Management (Arrow Risk) has today announced the appointment of Paul Cogger as Head of Financial Systems and Reporting, with immediate effect.
In this new role, Cogger is responsible for overseeing the provision of management information and data reporting within Quiver’s IT platform. Quiver combines modern system applications and architectures to facilitate the fast and flexible production of quality data across underwriting, claims and policy management.
Cogger is a specialist in the delivery of finance transformation initiatives and process improvements through digital automation. During his 25-year career, he has held multiple senior finance system roles across both the general and London insurance markets.
He joins Arrow Risk from Arch Insurance (UK), where he was most recently Senior Digital Product Manager for Finance & Outwards Reinsurance. Prior to this he was Group Finance Systems Manager at Barbican Insurance Group and has held similar roles at Aspen Insurance and Groupama Insurance.
