London, 15 June 2023 – Arrow Risk Management (Arrow Risk) has today announced the appointment of Rachel Keane as Deputy Head of Claims, with immediate effect.
In this role, Keane will work alongside Mike Gardiner, Head of Claims, in managing all claims-related activities for Arrow Risk whilst also utilising her experience on wider compliance/operational matters.
Keane is a highly regarded claims specialist having started her career at Kennedy’s law firm, where she provided claims handling and third-party support services to London Market insurers. Most recently, Keane was Claims Manager at International General Insurance (IGI), a post that she held for the past four years. Whilst at IGI, Keane also had oversight responsibilities for the firm’s Financial and Professional Lines delegated business.
